About Us
Hope & Help is a 501(c)-3 not-for-profit health organization and medical clinic offering comprehensive services that include HIV/STI testing/prevention/education/treatment, PrEP/nPEP treatment, Ryan White case management, full service LGBTQIA+ friendly primary care, gender affirming care including HRT, linkage to care, peer mentorship/navigation, peer support groups, and harm reduction services including syringe exchange.
