Dr. Sarah Skidmore, DSL, MA (she/her/hers) is a leadership development consultant, leadership futurist, and leadership training provider. Dr. Sarah’s passion for the future of leadership, work, and learning drive the perspective she brings to organizations. Her inclusive leadership and strengths based approach, impact her leadership training and leadership consulting. Prior to being a leadership development consultant, she led marketing strategy for a variety of sectors including small business, non-profit, and global manufacturing.

Dr. Sarah is currently based in Orlando, FL, and partners with clients worldwide interested in developing global leadership skills and developing strategic leadership skills. She is at the forefront of the intersection of innovation, leadership, and strategy.
